How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. For larger sets or gift packages, this can be up to 5–7 business days. You will always receive a confirmation with track & trace by email.

Yes! For some products you can specify multiple lines of text. On the product page you will see exactly which options are available.
What material are the products made from?
All our products are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. Soft on delicate baby skin and good for the environment.
Can I still cancel or change an order?
Because each product is custom-made, you can only cancel or change an order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us a photo within 48 hours of receipt. We will then send a new item as soon as possible, at no extra charge.
